Image quality
Shugashack notes that DailyRadar notes that they found that while the GeForce 2 was definitely the faster card of the two (GeForce 2 and Voodoo5), the Voodoo5 looked much better still. Yeah, Glide rules!

Mystic at WWDC?
AppleInsider notes that Apple may be presenting their dual and quad G4 500MHz Powermacs know by the names "Mystic" and "Ruby" at upcoming WWDC in middle May. At least for the pros, that might be an increase in performance, and very nice for Mac OS X too!

Wireless FireWire
MOSR has found an URL confirming again that Apple is still working on their wireless FireWire technology, which is going to be used for fast and easy to set up LAN solutions. Think LAN party there...:)
