600MHz G4s soon

the register notes that leaks between Apple and Motorola indicate that Motorola will be able to ship 600MHz 7410 chip in early 2001, probably opening the way for faster G4s and G4 PowerBooks. However yields are again low, whih of course raises prices. So nothing is definite yet, but it's looking better.
