Shugashack today noted that both Bungie and Microsoft officially denied that Halo was going to be a Xbox only title. They say Mac/PC versions are still planned, however, work on them will only start after the Xbox code is frozen. That means no Halo for Mac/PC until Xmas 2002 minimum, if you ask me.

Mac OS 9.1 or 9.5?
AppleInsider claims that Apple may have knowingly left away some new features of Mac OS 9.1 to safe them for the 9.5 update, that is most likely going to ship with Mac OS X once this comes bundled with all Macs. (That means not by March 24th, but a bit later). Some features, like some level of protected memory, might have a significant impact on the longevity of Mac OS 9.5.
