xlr8yourmac's has several new newsbits on various topics to numerous to list, as it's rather late here already.
Radeon goes mobile
TechWeb notes that ATI has now started shipping it's Radeon Mobility chips, probably trying to get out a decent competition to the GeForce 2 Go. We'll see if the Radeon can save ATI's position as the mobile graphics chip world-leader. - or if Apple is going to implement it anytime soon. It's quite interesting what ATI did to get power consumption down even further. There are also a few words on the GeForce 2 Go.
PowerBook G4 arriving
MacWEEK notes that dealers and customers are reporting that the first batch(let) of PowerBooks G4 have arrived. Supplies seem to be short (again), but we're getting used to that with Apple, aren't we?
MOSR has some very good news on the latest builds of Mac OS X, talking about some incredibly fast framerates in Team Arena (although that's probably the rumor part of the story), has some insider details on the PowerBook G4 and some other stuff. Check it out.
