UK gets cheap iMacs

notes that UK grocer store chain Tesco is selling Apple's iMac for 100£ less than Apple does, but only as long as stocks last. Tesco would like to partner up with Apple, but Apple doesn't seem to think that way. Whatever.

notes that Apple may be planning to ship further version of the PowerBook G4 Titanium in colorized (anodized) cases, rather than just the plain and classy Titanium case. Also speed bumps and feature upgrades are expected to come for the next version.

Salon, no ads

notes that Salon.com is adding an option to view the site without any ads for a whole year, if you pay them 30$. Nice enough for an ad dependent site. Good thing I am not, so G-News is going to stay free for a while.
